All of the wreck diving is a full day trip for two or three dives. Departure is at 9:00 AM with a one hour boat ride to the first dive site. Dive on a wreck and then to a beach or shallow wreck for two hours of lunch, snorkeling, and swimming. Second wreck dive and then an hour back to the dive shop. The boat usually returns between 3:00 and 6:00 PM depending on whether two or three dives are made and the location of the last dive. .Coron Bay, Palawan We provide one dive guide for every group of four to six divers if needed. We divide groups according to experience levels. Novices never have to chase advanced divers into small dark holes. Two experienced advanced open water divers can buddy up and plan their own dive after consulting with the dive leader. Two wreck diver specialty certified divers can plan their own penetration with proper equipment. Where the depth and position of the wreck allow for multi-level diving we can supply a 100 cubic foot tank instead of the normal 80 cubic foot tank. This gives you about 30% more usable air time for a multi-level dive. Limited interior access is allowed for advanced or experienced divers who stay in the light zone within the wreck. The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty class is available for those divers who have completed Advanced Open Water and who desire to learn to make their own penetration. The nearest recompression chambers are in Manila and Subic Bay. Each location is about one hour away by airplane. We are very careful with our dive profiles and dive planning to avoid decompression sickness problems. Dive Right's 19 meter wreck diving boat is the largest and fastest boat going out to the wrecks. Of course we have bathroom, drinks, water and covered areas for shade. Our usual limit is 12 divers before we use another boat and split into two groups. .19 meter "Dive Right 1". |
