Night-life in Coron is pub style.

There are a limited number of tourist oriented restaurants which besides meals, also provide musical entertainment and alcohol. Night-life is generally conversation with other divers and tourists while sitting around your drink and listening to music. There is a small disco in town which usually has the younger generation of local residents in it on Friday and Saturday night. There is a new, more serious tourist oriented disco adjoining the Bayside Diver's Lodge.

While the Philippines has a reputation for very wild and active nightlife such IS NOT the case in provincial towns like Coron. Few local girls wish to get a bad reputation by being seen to be "overly friendly" with tourists.
